The Funnywheels "Get Better Soon" Gift thread

Hi Everyone,
As you may have heard, one of our oldest standing members & moderators, Dave / Funnywheels, has been in the hospital a little over the week recovering from surgery which removed a brain tumor.

I'd like to send him a "get better soon" gift on behalf of members of the forum, and am inviting all members to participate.
What I am currently thinking is getting one of those "custom photo cakes" - I thought a neat idea would be to get members of the forum to submit their head shots, which I could then put together in a montage image with a message for the cake. I could then email along a "key" which shows which member is which on the cake.

MadMechanics member MacGyver has agreed to help source a local bakery capable of producing the cake, so all I need from the community is photographs + your member name. If you would like to be included on the cake, please send this information to:

FYI - Dave lost his job some time ago. I'm sure he will be out of the work force for quite some time to come. If some one from the group would like to make a donation. I'm sure giving it to him directly would be more beneficial to him.
