lambo, ferrari, mclearan replica chassis okay all here is the chassis that i am now building. and i sell this as a complete chassis or for those individuals who are hard pressed for money i will sell this in sections. and can piece these out. i am possibly considering a u-weld it kit. i have spent alot of hours working on the design to accomidate a lager person 6 foot and taller.i also put the mounts in it for adjustable seat mounts for shorter people, this chassis is built to handle a large engine ( viper motor ) with a gt-40 trans axle. but any combo can be used in this chassis. i do not provide the motor and tranny, that would be up to you. but i can put the mounts in it. chassis does include the rear arms and hubs, but does not include the sheet metal but can be installed upon purchase for an additional charge if you want it. this chassis is built on a jig and all the mounts are laser or water cut. the chassis can fit any mid engine car like the countach to the longer wheel base like the mercy, to keep the cost down for the customer i do use alot of corvette parts 88-96 only, but i can use after market parts if wanted, i have been building cars for many years mainly in nascar. for teams like AJ Foyt, Wood Brothers, Walltrip, Stewart Hass racing and ect. i do understand what it takes to build a chassis for performance and safety. shipping will be up to the buyer's. and if you live in north carolina it can be titled as a custom car. the chassis viewed is for a mercy roadster, but can be modified for a diablo, countach or, ect. i have also made another update to my chassis to allow the motor and trans axle to be removed from the bottom of the car. for any questions or interest please call or email cliffscustomfab@yahoo.com or (704) 640-0008 Price: 6500.00 pictures are at this link http://kitcars.com/Classifieds/AdDetails.asp?classified_id=22087

i would not say that you couldnt but. you would be better off using the whole cross member. that way you know you have the correct geo that the arms was built for. and seeing how they probably build lots of them, im sure it would be cheaper to buy one of thier cross members than to have me build just one. laser and water jet cutting charge a set up fee that gets spread out over the amount of parts that you get so im sure they get alot of parts done at once, rather than just one or two pieces.

Dave: yes I would build the hole cross member into the front clip.
Extreme: are you talking about my engine section? Or some one elses? If you was talking about mine. No I had to put it on the back burner to get a few tool box carts built befor feb 1st. Grrr thought I was done with this NASCAR sh*t owell money is money. But I should be back on it in a week or two.
Merry Christmass all.

I am just asking, but why would you want to mate the HT motorsport to a NAERC chassis? I know that the NAERC front arms have their problems but it has been addressed and corrected by Jim Dinner. If anything i would think on how to MELD the 2 designs of NAERC and ASCC. That would be a set of awesome arms. Not Fiero grade parts, that would be regressing in design.
Besides , those arms look to be similar in design near the ball joint ( just a plate for support) and that is where the NAERC arms failed.

regressing is the wrong word to say , i knew this question would come up ,personally the fiero upgraded susp is great ,the price is set in Stone what it cost , an anyone can order it an install it with simple hand tools ,now on the other hand , i have seen about 5-6 custom chassis with susp. Done at both ends an the builders do not even put the hangers on so now you are at their mercy ,to pay SOMETHING LIKE $1500 - $1750.00 FOR REAR ARMS (NOT ME ) BURN SOMEONE ON THE CHASSIS AN GIVE THEM THE DANG SUSP. ,LIKE I SAID in my thread its a Econo Sub-Frame with a option to become a Econo Tube CHASSIS ,EVERYONE has an opinion about this if i can add the NAERC FRONT TO ONE OF Econo Sub-Frames , I KNOW 2 HIGH SCHOOL KIDS COULD GET the chassis on the road in 4-5 weekends FULLY TRIAGULATE SUB-FRAMES ENGINE SIT FRONT TO BACK LONGITUDINAL I WILL REMOVE THESE PIC TONIGHT LATE ,I AM ASKING CLIFF TO DO SOME WORK FOR ME ,NOT TO DERAIL HIS THREAD BUT I NEED TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION IN FULL DETAIL

Where does the "lines" go through?.. such as the brake lines?
I would be scared to just screw them on under a car like that.
