I hear you on the best talking but others have stated things like that and not quite lived up to what they were saying. I think his testa is the best so i feel he is right in saying it.

Car looks fantastic to be sure.  I do hope though that the person who built the car isn't the person narrating the video.  Self-talk about being the best at anything just leaves a sour taste for anyone listening IMO.

Tom
You obviously haven't even seen the car.  Maybe you should look at it before you judge and say that it isn't 'the best testarossa replica'.  Some of us here are really proud of our efforts and have actually built cars and not paid someone to do it for them.  I believe JDorr is one of them.  I'd be proud as hell too, and I am of my cars.  Shame.

The shame is your reading/comprehension skills my friend.  This would be the second time you couldn't understand the meaning of my post and went into a rant unnecessarily.  It would save you some breath and stress to read carefully before posting.  I was merely referencing the fact that it is better to be humble when you've accomplished something great and allow others to compliment than to do it yourself Smiley  The car certainly looks the part I won't question that to be sure.

Tom

As he is trying to sell the car, I dont find that he is boasting or bragging at all. Using his choice of words, it inspires confidence and shows his pride in the car. This is the nicest TR I've ever seen, and I dont understand why anyone would be 'humble' about a car theyre trying to sell.

Guess I'm the jackass here.  I just clicked into the thread from the main page and didn't notice it was in the mall section.  Sorry Jdorr for polluting your thread.  I'll try to delete my posts but if I can't then hopefully a mod will.  My apologies.

A very cheap shot about paying to get it built. some (myself included) dont have the time, tools, or skills to build a car. nothing wrong with having someone build it so you KNOW its right, instead of wondering.. Dont be so upset that some would like a little more humbleness in description.

To the op- car looks very nice!

This would be my 9th kit car so not so much a dream as definitely on the DMV list for inspection on every thing I bring in from out of state.
