northstar V8 engine help help

to all the experts outthere in this forum
can i use the V8 cadillac northstar engine and transmission with the engine cradle and suspension and put it in my tubular chassis ?
if this is doable
have someone tried it before ?
is there any drawbacks ?

this guy on ebay he said that he used the engine and everything out of a 1990 cadillac deville

that car has a 4.5 is not a northstar, but anyway it can be done , just make sure you use everything from that donor, i mean everything.i am looking for a crushed car myself to do the same ;D,

what other cars that have Northstar ?
and can you do the same thing with the northstar engine and cradle ?

You will need to create the mounting points that the Caddilac uses on your frame. Should not be a big deal. You will also need to create the upper strut mounts. More of a challenge. No disrespect intended, but if you have to ask, I question if you're up to the task.

My Diablo in process. 1999 Cadillac 4.6L Northstar. Computer was reprogramed by Wester's Garage as 3 computers are required (fuel, Ignition, & Trans). I still have to wire it up this summer. Engines after 1999 will have VVT (Variable Valve Timing) and I don't know a lot about working with them.
