DOM tubes are not welded, they are continous piece of metal

welded tube will never be called DOM
hence DOM tubes are seamless no matter how to call it and are never welded

Last I talked to Cliff, he was working crazy hours for a race company and travelling a couple hours each way to do it. H doesn't come to the forums any more as he just doesn't have time.

I do not believe he will be completing anything more on this frame unless someone wants him to complete the one he has but I don't believe he will be making any. I am sure he would sell it to someone if they came to an agreement.

                Cheers

Hi Adrian and Don, nah I just stumbled across his post again, and noticed the nice compact peddle box he was using and thought it might be out of something I could raid as well, as its proving challenging to say the least to find a peddle box that will fit in the limited space in a Countach, but then I realized the date on the post and wondered what became of him and his project plans. Thanks for the update guys, I don't suppose either of you have any pictures of the original oem peddle box out of the car, all that I have are in the car.

Looks to me like Lamborghini pedal rubbers and a 'Lamborghini' badge/label on the top of the pedal box assembly....

                      Countach Peddles

hi K9 yep those are real oem lambo 25th anni I think,t i'm trying to find a decent photo of them out of the car I wish I could find a car that has peddle boxes the same, all I can find at the upull it are huge compared to those, if you look carefully you can see they mount on the chassis in the same plane as the upper shock mount position in a Countach I guess im going to have to make them from scratch. I did find these pic on line but the quality of the yellow photo is rubbish lol
In the second photo you can see like a black triangular piece on the left with a bolt in the middle that's the rear mounting point for the upper arm so it really shows just how far forward the peddles really where.

That's the pedal assembly I was off to look for. Honestly, I get confused as to who is which 'handle' but I was going to say Colin (terminatorbart41 on Ebay) had a set for sale.

                        What about X 1/9?:

                          Countach pedal box

hey k9 you know how if you stare at something long enough like the orange pedal pic, you think to yourself I have seen something like that before, so I searched my pc and low and behold some original Countach pedals from a burnt out wreck picture, so then the brains switches on and you go I can make that easy with these 4 of these and a bit of shaft http://www.waikatobearings.co.nz/ser...block-housings
