  • bonded the outer door skin today, yeah I used a few clamps :LL: but first dura glass the upper frame in place then had to cut the door to bring it more in line with the qtr panel, CSM the outside then the inside.

      going to sandwich dura glass with CSM

      2.0 oz of CSM

      grind

      Z-grip filler

      sand

      • still working on the doors

        it never ends, door skin sticking up higher and out more than needed

        cut skin
        adjust area by sweeper
        clamp skin down and in
        CSM
        Duraglass

        • How do you decide whether it's the door that needs moving or the fender that needs moving or a compromise between the two?
          I always love your creative use of clamps and spreader bars

              The fender is fixed to the body, the door skin is movable. I did add some Duraglass and rage to the fender to bring it level to the door skin
