Hi everyone

I have an update , I jumped back on the front of the car , been busy with everything really .

So I built a system for measuring the front fenders , so I have been tuning up the fenders to get them equal in height , width and inside angle .

Sorry no pic's ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I resized them as I did for the last post and they still won't go ..................

Your fiberglassing skills are awesome there Falcata and the car will be a stunner when it's complete. I'm not entirely sure I understand the rear window treatment though. Is there going to be any functional view rearward through those louvers or are they purely a styling thing?

Thanks for the comments Bloozberry there will be no rear window , it will be replaced with a rear view camera in the mirror , I couldn't get a small window to work with the factory rear strut brace , there was no way to get the water off the back .
I am going to resize the pics again and try to post them again .

Hi everyone
Been busy on the car , well it seem to me anyway lol
I cut the trunk lid out and cleaned up the temporary structure underneath .




I put tape down where ever I glued the structure down so it would break away , seemed to work out ok .





needs to be trimmed

It was amazing how strong the glue was holding everything down

Hi guys
Time for an update
been busy on the car .........and everything else , as usual



made a rise at the back of the hood to hide the wipers , They take away from the car to me anyway . this will also add some strength

and some work on the hood latches

I made provisions for these a long time ago , now just test fitting them into the lower half of the hood , so when it gets molded i will know where to cut the holes .
this other hole is where there was a bump in the original hood for strength , that i don't need so I am deleting them

I bought a 3D printer to make some parts for the car , like emblems and crest's , door opening parts etc.
Kudos to Don for helping me with set up and lending me his old laptop , this way I could get frustrated right away with CAD until my new PC arrived .

Here is the first emblem test , still needs tweaking , but it all learning new stuff , you can print in chrome , black chrome or a bazillion different colors , too cool .

now onto the back of the car
Started body working the batman humps in , made a couple small changes ( Don said no change orders allowed ) it's just going to make it better and easier .

unfortunately it wouldn't let me load some of the pics , I guess my new phone camera is too many pixels , i did resize them all .......but still not working .




the last one is shooting a line to see where the top of the quarter panel and the rear deck intersect .
So I have to shave some of that edge down .

Wow that thing looks freaking awesome man. You do awesome work, much better than my fred flinstonery lol. Love the shop setup too, the vacuums very cool and handy. I use a cordless leafblower but do my skullduggery outside. Any interior plans for the future?

the interior will remain stock apart from the already upgraded stereo .

hi Everyone sorry for the late updates , just been so tired lately
I have still been working on the car everyday .....
Trying to get the rear quarters filled in , in order to do that I need to finish the rear panels so I can find out where the corner end .

replaced the blue foam with the polyurethane foam







I slotted these parts to make it easier to hold together .

These pieces go under the tail light section to hold the exhaust panel in place

The next piece is the license plate panel , the back side of it .
