  • Miata Kits?

Hi everyone, I had a question as well as an introduction I suppose. My name is Johnny I'm from Peoria Illinois, been lurking for quite some time now, decided to ask a question. I was wondering if anybody knows of any kits that utilize the miata platform. So far I could only come up with WWW.m1stang.com and (from the latest kitcar magazine) WWW.simpsondesign.com. Does anyone know of any others. I appreciate the help in advance.

    Re:Miata Kits?

OK, I just ran across a BMW Z3 kit from WWW.usedfieroparts.com. It also listed a possible Ferrari 360 inspired design for the Miata. That's all I got.

I drive a '91 Miata, and the only real kit/conversion that I know of for it is the motor swaps you can do. I think a blown 302 in a Miata is a sweet thing.

This isn't a kit but it is pretty cool. It's a one off design I saw at Carlisle a couple years ago.

Well it's interesting, I'll say that. I just wonder why there are not more kits out there, considering the amount and availability of these cars.
