Hard to say by those photos. You would need 19s or 20s to look correct. Those images look like 13 or 14 inch wheels.

You may want to think about what wheels you can find with the proper off set. Or at least something that will require a thin adapter.

I am using Vellano VSH style on my build

Yea think of the desired offset and DO NOT chose the bottom wheel. it looks cheap and 4dr bmw's use them

they are all 18's with correct offset....If I go with 19's I have to modify the car....do you think 19's would look that different than 19's?

I'd take 18 over 19 anyday! When those cars were made if you were to fit 19" on them they'd look weird!
The first and the third wheels are the same, just ask yourself if the chrome look would complement other chorome on the car?
For instance I am making an orange car with all accents being black so I won't chose chrome wheels I'd chose black.

18's and 19's look quite a bit different usually. If you run 18's, lower the suspension to soak up some of the fender well. It will get you closer to the desired look. There is a noticeable difference in the wheel size.

These rims are cool looking for lambo projects. Keskin-tuning rims.

But I do not know does they have rims what are wide enough for rear tires. Maybe I need to ask from the factory, I am looking 12-13" width to rear, and 20" diameter., front 19", 9,5" width. Or does anyone know is it possible to make aluminium rim more, width?
