Re: without doubt...the ugliest, worst Ferrari kit ever. Hands down
the best thing about that car is....um, um, oh yeah.... that the left winsheild wiper doesnt streak in heavy rain. And oh I almost forgot the right rear motor mount is very, very tight and the gas cap door releases quickly when the botton is pushed.
Reminds me of the scene in Scarface when Michelle Pfeiffer told Tony..."I wouldn't be causght dead in that thing" whenhe pulled up in a yellow convertible cadillac with the zebra skin print seatcovers.
He literally, needs to recover his old Fiero parts out of his garage and pay whatever it takes to un-kit his car, then he may be able to sell it. As it is now, I'd buy a Bradley before I'd look at this blastphemy.

Re: without doubt...the ugliest, worst Ferrari kit ever. Hands down
damn the car looks like a salamander, no, actually a newt. A yellow Newt. throw in the bright yellow and black interior it looks like something the old "Dune Buggies" drove. Those three bears back in the 70's. If I was paid to take this car, I would run out and buy a car cover for it, not to protect it, but to drive it. Funny thing is he admits to buying the car. Imagine the previous sellers delight to find out the only idiot on the face of the globe so clueless to what an actual ferrari looks like would come along.
This guy must be so country that he was circumsized by kicking his sister in the chin....I bet you could offer him a pack of Marlboros for this car.
By the way, I'm high bidder.

That looks like it could become a good car for someone. About 2k worth of clean up will make this 512 look nice. I have seen worse 355 kits. I noticed he has no horses on the VDO instruments.
If you're not confused, you're not paying attention.

Re: without doubt...the ugliest, worst Ferrari kit ever. Hands down
Whew! That is the ugliest kit I have ever seen! Here's another one just like it...
Who can we blame for that monstrosity? How about Ferrari? The yellow kit is a Corson which was voted kit of the year in 1991. It was created by reforming actual Ferrari panels to bolt on to Fiero mounting points. Corson was the first kit car manufacturer that Ferrari shut down because the kit was EXACTLY like the real car...
BTW - The red one I posted is a real Ferrari BB512...
This kit has been ressurected as the Aldino. Ferrari made Corson destroy the molds he had made but someone apparently came up with another set of molds and modified them enough to sneak past Ferrari. The Aldino is completely bolt-on to a Fiero chassis and can be completed in a very short time... Rich Lichte is the owner of Aldino and is very supportive of all of our Fiero events. Check out his site...

I belive thats a reproduction of a Ferrari Berlineta Boxer, what can you expect from a car that was produced about 1980.Ive seen bad kits befor and this is nothing compared to those,Im going to have to start a file on ugly kits,(this one doesn't come close). The road to life is full of flat squirrels, who couldn't make up their mind!

Re: without doubt...the ugliest, worst Ferrari kit ever. Hands down
Little correction on the Corson story. Corson actually had a license agreement with Ferrari for a period of 10 years. Once it was exhausted, Ferrari would not extend the agreement because of all of the other kits in the market that were not licensed products. Therefore Corson closed his doors. That information was from Curt Scott about the time I started building my Mirage in 1998. He put me onto the guy out in Oregon who sold me the Mirage. A guy named Troy Hillger who worked at a company named Cascade Bolt and Nut selling the cars for another guy named Vui who’s family is from Viet-Nam of all places. They made some nice cars before Ferrari closed them down.If you're not confused, you're not paying attention.

Just a miscommunication on wording I guess...
Also, inspired is not exactly the right word either.. It is exact. Even uses Ferrari hidden door handles. Fiero-Performance.com 2nd Annual California Coast Run[/url
