I'm not sure if they have plans for a hybrid but I think they do. You're thinking of the right company

I have bought the Urba Car. Tri-Magnum, tri-muter, and Centurian plans. Never got around to building any of them though. I knew someone who built a tri-magnum and after burning up a couple of aircooled bikes he installed a water cooled one. Also redesigned the front suspension to use Corvair parts and used gull wing doors. I saw it several times but never got a ride in it.
