Looking for a projector looking headlight set-up for my diablo-roadster build.Looking for something that looks along the lines of the mucri or gallardo headlights but in a 300zx casing that will fit the roadster without having to modify the body.Seen the true hid 300zx for $1,500.00 but they look exactly like the stock 300zx headlights.Wanted somthing more exotic.
    Any Leads? ??? ???

      Re: Head-lights

What Im looking for is something that wiil fit in my IFG roadster exactly like the 300zx headlights do.Basicially the same casing (so I wont have to do custom work to the body) as the 300zx but with a more exotic looking projector type inside the casing. If you look on e-bay & search projector head lights, a million cool looking ones come up not exceeding $300.00. There's nothing for the 300zxz though!

I can make some thing but you would have to use the glass from the 300 zx head lights for the cover

              Re: Head-lights

I will warn all of you that unless you want to spend large $$, projectors will only disappoint you! I originally bought some 'cheep' projector lights made for aftermarket Chev pickups. Absolute pieces of sh!t. I now have 90mm Hellas and they are EXCELLENT, and very adjustable, etc!

If you decide to go with this he even sells a stainless mounting plate that can be used as a template to draw in and cut!
The guy I spoke with is 'Dave', he knows his stuff. here's his website! quick shipping, etc!

unless you KNOW what you are buying, don't, or you will be disappointed. Projector lamps of good quality will actually light up the road, the cheep ones will make you feel like you're driving with a candle!
