  • Different type of Ferrari "kitcar"

For the 308 fans like me...

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1981-...QQcmdZViewItem

    ???What kinda....

If you look past the fuzzy/blurry pictures, you'll find a 308 with 328 rims, front and rear clip. Oh, also the targa top and posting say "GTS", but it has GTB side windows????? Notice the Quattrovalvole slats in the front hood, which was on 83' - '85's not '81's.

    Makes you say...hmmmmmmmm ???

    Boy,

That just has Pieces of several cars does'nt it ???

I agree with you. . Looks like a 308GTB except for the Targa Roof.

I'm guessing it "was" a 308GTS and someone added the 328 front and rear bumpers, incorrect 1/4 windows and the incorrect hood. (Unless it was a 328GTS and someone installed 308 doors, front fenders and headlight components/vents and incorrect side 1/4 windows.)

Too much $$$ for that thing.

it is an 81 308 gtsi, the louvers have been redone with gtb louvers for some reason, and someone had coachwork updated to a 328, very poor choice if you ask me, I like the way the 308 looks better to begin with.

I think it would be a great buy if the mileage was true ... since it is being sold as "mileage unknown", i think the value is drastically less (maybe that's why it didnt sell). Personally i wouldn't touch any high buck car with unknown mileage - repairs could make you homeless fast
