Need Countach wing support dimensions

Another item that my 'kit' didn't have: wing supports.

Can someone get the 4 corner to corner dimensions and the 2 diagonal ones?

I also came across a pic of one's guts on the lambo forum. Interesting...

which style you want...i have the 87.5 QV, anniversary style cad drawings for the support plylons, measured and traced Mark's?

I would like the early, non-25th anniversary style. I hope that matches what you have. I'm uninformed about the styles. I just recently saw that all wings are not equal.

Sorry, I wasn't able to get to the storage on the weekend. I am pretty sure I would have the 25th anniversary wing stands too though as my base kit is a 25th. I also did not know there were differences.

Do you still want the measurements? Bottlefed (Jimmy) may be a better source as he has the 5000s from Euro Exotics.

Sure, I'll use the 25th dimensions. How much different can they be? It isn't noticable in any pics. I'll make cardboard versions just to confirm. I think the main thing is getting it aligned with the roof.

If they are anything like the crappy ones I got from Alan's crew, he will have two with different measurments all the way around. When I first got the kit, these were the only things I had to complain about, but he did nothing about it.

I have not had the opportunity to get over to my storage location. It is my brother's rental house garage so I have to give 48 hours notice to the tenants that I am coming over. I will give them a call tonight and arrange for getting in there by the end of the week.

I haven't looked very closely at my supports so I may be in the same position as Kevin.

Kevin, can you take measurements of all your supports maybe? You might have easier access to your supports than I do.

I could take pictures and measure both of them, but I would have no clue as to which one is closest to being right. One is much thicker then the other and neither one seems to have the correct dimensions to fit on the decklid properly with out modifications. If anyone wants to see this, I can get some pics/measurement later.

I went to the Sacramento museum but forgot to bring a tape measure. I got a photo with my hand in there for scale. I would like the measurements of the 2 triangles that I drew on it. That will give me enough to make the support and then use the wing to cut that top curve.

Is there any market for Countach/Diablo steel/aluminum replica parts? I could very easily make Countach wings in metal...or any other such part/panel therof....

Don, I don't know about a market size, but I personally also need the grills for the body hood scoop and rear vent.
