For My Car's Stereo

Hi, I have this quite old Honda car and we bought this a few months ago. Though, there's a problem about the stereo. I'm not sure, but a neighbor nearby suggested us to look for a mechanical rotary encoders for volume control. Any recommendation for a manufacturer of rotary encoders for a car?

Your neighbour disassembled, tested and diagnosed that you need a new volume switch? Or, was it just a guess?

What kind of problem? It could be loose speaker wire in the back or bad speaker itself.

Hahaha exactly my thoughts as well! The stereo sounds like it needs a new FM modulation board, followed by a matched sine wave generator circuit. This is a very common problem in Honda car stereos. It might just need the antenna connection tightened though.
