  • can someone do me a huge favor? I'd be ever so grateful...

    I suck at photoshop...

    I need to visualize two door examples....

    one with piece

    1=red

    and trims=cream color.

    and one with piece

    1=cream
    2=red

    and trims in cream color.  The leather pocket is to remain black in both examples.  If you could do the door handle in a grey (brushed aluminum) that would be even nicer.

    If you can do the manipulation where you can "tint" the colors and not make then blocked out where you can still see the contours of the shapes I would really appreciate it.

    I need to let my interior guy know how I want to scheme it,,,,If you have an oipinion on what design you prefer I'd like your input.

    By the way, the red accents are because the car itself is red and there will be red horses in the seatbacks and floormats I just want to introduce suble red in the interior just to tie it all together without overdoing it. Here is the rest of the interior except the carpets along with the seat inserts will be black instead of red and cream respectively. (Phoyoshop anyone? LOL)

    Here is a clean door pic to work with.....

    Thanks a million in advance someone.  Keep a copy of these door pics for your files as inteior design templates, they may come in handy.

      close but not mettalic...this is leather were talking about. make it look like leather upholstry.

      The brushed aluminum is for the forr handle lever only. Also the trim was supposed to be cream not grey, you can use white if cream is tough.

      Also I need both styles side by side to compare....thanks youre on the right track! You can sample the cream off the other interior pic by using the sampling tool. I know that much...as little as I do know.

          Duh! I see that I messed up on the first one.. Maybe it is just subliminal because I don't like the red on the door panel... If I were going to add red to the panel I think I would have either FERRARI or the horse embroidered into it...

              very nice, yea, the first on needs the red handle. The brushed aluminum is on the handle part, not the lever, sorry...the diagonal handle itself. See if you can cut and paste a red horse on the door panel somewhere, I dont see where it could go...how about a small rectangular sheild in red or something...any suggestions anyone...dont be shy.

                Maybe this is a little closer. I'm working on my father-in-law's computer now so don't have as many options as I do at home.

                  This is what I would do... Now that I think about it, I might do this whenever I get to the interior part of my car! haha

                    Songman too much, doesnt look factory the "Ferrari" is too big and up front...

                    How could we make it more subtle.

                    I'm thinking the horse only....

                    im trying to think where

                      I'm not too sure anything other than stock is going to look factory. I tried putting just the horse right in the middle of the door but it looked kind afunny. Up on the front of the door looks okay but I still think I like it best just plain.
