rear engine bay struts

Hello:
I have a 25th anniversary countach and I need struts for the rear engine bay,
I have heard that the suburban rear glass struts work good with this application.
Is there any other struts that works well and what year and model.

I heard that for the engine cover you can use Jeep hood struts

This pic might help (Ferrari),you will probubly need some sort of steel reinforceing to prevent the fiber glass from being damaged.Make sure the trunk strut includes the ball (possibly Nappa Autoparts).

It is recommended that the Countach can/should use:
Struts and props - Aerostar, S10 and Caprice.
Sorry I dont know which ones go where
door, engine, trunk - Caprice is the station wagon.
These are from the 80s-90s cars.
