  • Ferrari Emblems wanted...

    I am looking for the "FERRARI" lettering that goes on the engine cover. Replica or orignal will work for me. I do remember that someone on here was "building" emblems but I forgot who... I am going to attempt to build the hood emblem, side emblems and the wheel cap emblems as jim showed us before unless someone has these as well. Again home built ones are acceptable as well. Thanks!

      Hey Glenn

      I have a polymer plastic emblem for the cover.
      Here is a pic with the emblem painted with the same paint as the rear horse, also made of polymer.

            Jim;

            What did you end up painting the emblems with? Last time I saw, you had tried the Krylon and it did not work out.

            Cheers and Thanks

              I went to Canadian Tire and bought their Near-Match Paint in metallic silver. I think it looks the best, for paint that is.
