It's like a game/stock market approch.

You buy a property that is special to you, (your house, your friends house ;D or even a city) then you sell/trade property with other users.
BTW if you buy a city, you can be the mayor of it and you get to collect taxes(proceeds from the sale of any property in your city) that are all in US funds and this is real money 8).

We must be doing something right, Micheal Copeland (X corel CEO) just bought some and is interested in a partnership. It's more then just a ebay type setup. It has email, scheduling, auctions, there is a stock market section being created, a banking software, and much more... It's all in real money (US funds) and the users must have funds to play.
Keep an eye on it you'll hear more in the news about it once the details of the press release is finalized.

Now what am I going to buy next? I own the Ferrari dealership in TO (Ferrari of Ontario) 8) and the CN tower, which I will be selling to the hightest bidder later on ;D. Don't you just love this realestate business !
