My roommates and I just finished off the bottling of 5 gallons of Apple Wine. Tastes pretty good now, and I haven't gone blind yet!
Of course, I haven't tried drinking more then an ounce of it - it sort of scares us all, the prospect of home made wine. Anyways, it still needs to age some more before we can drink a bottle, as we like our wine carbonated!
So, has anyone else here attempted to ferment their own beverages?
