Sorry to bring this back on topic
Where do you obtain the parts? ebay? brand new/OEM?
Check out www.car-part.com if you're looking for car parts. Enter in what vehicle/part you're looking for, and it will give you a list of junkyards matching the part. Beats calling around and waiting for Ebay auctions to end by a long shot.

I'll post some pics of the truck in a few days. The new roof and windows are installed and it's completely drivable.

On a side note......my first project is almost finished on Ebay and the reserve is met. The highest bidder has a zero rating but has been registered since 2003. So I hope they either get out bid by someone with a better rating or they actually follow through with the sale.

How much did you buy the maxima for at auction?

I believe it was $6,500. The bidder is probably going to flake. He has only been a user for less then a week with no feedback. I have it sold local for $12,800 if the auction fails. I've got about $13,500 into it and have put about 24K miles on it in the past year.

                Truck pics:

Truck looks clean man. Great job.

wait, so you bought the car for 6500 and have put 13500 into it? total investment $20K or total $13,500?

So selling it for 12,800 means it cost you 700$ (if your total is 13,500) to drive the car for however long it took you to rack up 24K miles....1+ yr.??.....Darn good....
